Ensure maximum direct selling time. Effective handling of all sales enquiries. Lead and develop all sales executives ensuring they are focussed and adopt a structured approach. Ensure that all operational issues are resolved in a customer centric manner in the shortest possible timeframe. Provide guidance and training to salespersons to improve their job performance with particular emphasis on: Prospecting, customer follow‑up and closing deals Time management. Establish administrative procedures and policies to assist the smooth handling of all business and adequate sales record. Helpful skills and qualifications Don’t worry about ticking off every single skill here‑ if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you. A hands on leader and financially aware Ability to negotiate at all levels with strong leadership skills Motor Industry experience is preferable Ability to work to timescales effectively Keen eye for detail, good communication and a passion for delivering great customer service Strong industry knowledge Ability to work under pressure We value diversity and believe it strengthens our team.
