Due to continued growth and an internal promotion, Hammonds have exciting opportunities for talented a **Divisional Sales Manager**to join our field
- based sales management team on a full time, permanent basis.

**The Role**

Reporting to our Head of Sales, this **Divisional Sales Manager** role will see you playing an integral part in the development of our sales growth strategy, where you will be an active member of our senior sales team. You will manage a team of experienced self-employed Sales Designers, where you will have the responsibilityfor delivering sales results and key sales metrics for your division.

In this fast-moving and entrepreneurial sales-based role, you will grow revenue within your assigned division by proactively leading, managing and supporting your team to success. Key focus areas will include recruitment, training and development of thesales team, whilst ensuring that our external stakeholders receive an excellent customer service experience at all times.

In order to succeed in this **Divisional Sales Manager**role, you will have a proven track record in sales management, with a minimum of 5 years sales management experience.You will be results orientated and possess the ability to enthuseand motivate your team with your down to earth and credible character, and your excellent communication skills.

You will be a driven, passionate and committed self-starter, with the ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment. Good numerical, computer and problem-solving skills are prerequisites.

You will need to be flexible in your approach, as we work across a 7 day-sales operation which can include evenings and weekends.

You may be currently working as a Regional Manager, Area Sales Manager, Divisional Sales Manager or similar.
