Role We are looking for a Buyers Admin Assistant on a casual basis to support our Retail department in this multi‑faceted role. Your day‑to‑day Champion administration – lead our planning systems to support a range of stock planning tasks, including product set‑up and financial administration. Coordinate sample supplies – liaise with suppliers, supporting all angles of administration including sample deliveries, rooms and photoshoots. Oversee stock requests – manage internal stock requests by monitoring our inbox and liaising with warehouse and internal contacts. Build and maintain supplier relationships – drive communication with suppliers to provide updates on product deliveries, tracking and launches. Support the Store Management team – assist our store team with product and stock queries, and support stock‑take planning. Collaborate with colleagues across the club – liaise with other teams for cross‑departmental projects and analyse competitor pricing for the buying and merchandising team. What We Are Looking For Proven experience in a similar retail environment – substantial administration experience in a retail department or equivalent. Dedicated team player – positive, can‑do attitude with the ability to collaborate, communicate and delegate to internal and external stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail – analytical thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to efficiently problem‑solve and multi‑task. Strong project management skills – natural problem solver who can see projects through to completion in a fast‑learning, challenging environment. Technical administration knowledge – confident user of Excel and PowerPoint.
