Casual Buyers Admin Assistant Join to apply for the Casual Buyers Admin Assistant role at Arsenal Football Club The Role We are looking for a Buyers Admin Assistant on a casual basis to support our Retail department in this multi‑faceted role. You will ensure that all product creation and supplier management processes run seamlessly, supporting our retail growth. Your day‑to‑day Champion administration – lead on planning systems to support stock planning tasks, including product set‑up and financial administration Coordinate sample supplies – liaise with suppliers, support sample deliveries, rooms and photo shoots Oversee stock requests – manage internal stock requests by monitoring inbox and liaising with warehouse and internal contacts Build and maintain supplier relationships – drive communication with suppliers to update the team on product deliveries, tracking and launches Support the Store Management team – assist store team with product and stock queries and support stock take planning Collaborate with colleagues across the club – liaise with other teams for cross‑department projects and analyse competitor pricing for the buying and merchandising team What we are looking for Proven experience in a similar retail environment – substantial administration experience in a retail department or similar area Dedicated team player – positive, can‑do attitude with ability to collaborate, communicate and delegate to internal and external stakeholders Excellent attention to detail – analytical thinker with eye for detail and ability to efficiently problem solve and multi‑task Strong project management skills – natural problem solver who can see things through to completion in a fast learning, challenging environment Technical administration knowledge – confident user of Excel and PowerPoint Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Arsenal for Everyone is our commitment to promoting and embracing equality, diversity and inclusion so that everyone connected to the club feels like they belong to the same Arsenal family.
