Business Systems Analyst / Application Support Engineer An exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst / Application Support Engineer with strong systems support, data analysis and reporting skills to join a growing organisation delivering effective business processes and digital solutions. SALARY: £40,000 to £50,000 per annum DOE + Benefits (see below) LOCATION: Hybrid/Flexible. Working from the office in Kings Langley (WD4) and up to two days from home. JOB TYPE: Full‑Time, Permanent JOB OVERVIEW We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst / Application Support Engineer supporting the organisation’s systems, data processes and digital tools. As a Business Systems Analyst / Application Support Engineer you will help maintain core applications, troubleshoot issues and support colleagues in using systems effectively across the organisation. Working as a Business Systems Analyst / Application Support Engineer you will contribute to system improvements, workflow automation and reporting to enhance operational efficiency and data insights. DUTIES Your duties as the Business Systems Analyst / Application Support Engineer include: Systems Support: Assist in managing and maintaining core business systems. System Administration: Provide user access management and resolve system issues. Process Improvement: Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. System Updates: Support updates, integrations and project rollouts. Reporting: Develop and maintain reports using Excel, Power Query and Power BI. Automation: Assist with workflow automation using Power Automate and PowerApps. User Support: Provide user support and training across the organisation. Data Quality: Support data quality initiatives and manage company mobile phones. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Experience supporting business systems, ideally with SQL‑based ERP exposure. Strong data management and reporting skills using Excel, Power Query, Power BI. Familiarity with workflow automation tools - Power Automate, PowerApps. Excellent IT proficiency and communication skills. Collaborative, detail‑oriented, and proactive approach.
