At dunnhumby, we’re looking for a Group Account Manager to lead client relationships and deliver measurable impact across Tesco Group entities. As part of our Client Leadership team, you’ll be the trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, connecting cross‑functional teams and shaping future propositions that drive joint growth for CPGs, Tesco, and dunnhumby. What You’ll Do Own and deliver the strategic account plan for key CPG clients, aligning insight‑led outcomes with their growth ambitions. Act as a growth driver, identifying scalable opportunities and expanding scope beyond briefs. Build trusted partnerships with C‑suite stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Category, Sales, and Executive teams. Lead change and innovation by designing and piloting new propositions that deliver measurable impact. Influence internal teams to ensure future product and solution roadmaps are client‑first. Represent client needs across dunnhumby, Tesco, and external partners to maximise value. Use consultative and challenger sales methodologies to drive revenue and impact. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in senior roles within leading CPGs or brand organisations. Demonstrated success in delivering sales and margin impact through strategic account planning. Experience driving transformation programmes and positive disruption at senior levels. Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships. Strong understanding of the evolving technology and consumer landscape. A track record of hiring, coaching, and retaining high‑performing talent. Comfort operating in ambiguity and pivoting quickly as market signals change. Thought leadership in data, insight, and brand growth strategy.
