This is a challenging role, reporting to the Group Reporting Manager, in which you will be involved in financial reporting and consolidation, analysis, process formalisation, and external reviews. Client Details The hiring company is a well-established organisation within the industrial/manufacturing sector. They are a medium‑size company with a strong reputation for excellence and innovation in their field. Description Prepare and consolidate financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations. Coordinate and manage the month‑end and year‑end closing processes. Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights for decision‑making. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with tax advisors as needed. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis. Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to improve financial efficiency. A Successful Group Accountant Should Have Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards. Proven experience in financial consolidation and reporting within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
