Organise and schedule meetings, manage calendars, and book meeting rooms. Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, letters, memos, and reports. Maintain accurate filing systems and contact lists. Process invoices, expense forms, and payment requests. Assist with document control, including uploading to EDMS or collaborative platforms. Ensure compliance with QA procedures and manage document review cycles. Coordinate information flow between internal teams and external stakeholders. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Project Administrator, Site Secretary, or Document Controller. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure. Experience using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) or similar platforms. Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Analytical, accurate, and methodical approach to work. Proactive, "can-do" attitude and problem-solving mindset.
