A great opportunity for an Administrator to join a Home improvements company in the Manchester area. They have completed projects for a range of domestic and commercial properties, as well as some famous faces. They have also been featured on Channel 4 and LAD Bible. Salary - £23 - £25k depending on experience
Immediate start date
Manchester based, in our brand new showroom
Handling daily inbound enquiries
Working alongside our operations manager
Managing the dairies/calendars for the management team
General office administrative duties
Building rapport with commercial and domestic clients, developing strong and meaningful relationships with prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges and presenting tailored solutions
Understanding of our products and services and supply chain
Working closely with the wider team and across departments to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach
Booking accommodation and travel arrangements
Tracking orders and keeping up to date with suppliers and customers
**Skills Required**:
Experienced, with at least one year in a similar administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident with great telephone manners
Brilliant relationship building skills
Flexible and enjoy working in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment
Commitment, drive and self motivation
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to well manage your own time and diary
Resilient and able to work under high pressure
Adaptable to change
Excellent time and people management skills
Energy, drive, determination, commitment and ambition
Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
