What You'll Be Doing Supporting the class teacher to deliver high-quality lessons. Adapting activities and resources to meet the needs of every pupil. Creating a warm, inclusive, and safe learning environment where children feel confident to succeed. Encouraging and motivating pupils to reach their full potential every day. What We're Looking For Experience working in Key Stage 1 or 2 (desirable but not essential). A positive, proactive, and caring attitude towards supporting children's learning. High expectations for yourself and the pupils you support. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A genuine belief that every child can succeed.
