What You’ll Do Conduct site inspections and assess building plans to ensure full compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislation. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, architects, and developers on compliance, technical standards, and best practices. Lead or support enforcement actions and contribute to maintaining high standards of public safety. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a professional, solution-focused service. What You’ll Bring A good understanding of Building Regulations and relevant legislation (Level 3, 4 or 5 Surveyors welcome). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational ability and attention to detail — able to manage your workload and work independently. A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn, adapt, and grow.
