City Of London, United Kingdom Infiterra Full time

Join our mission to grow and transform the subscription economy by simplifying subscription service delivery. Infiterra's mission Our B2B subscription commerce platform helps IT Distributors and MSPs automate operations, integrate seamlessly, and scale efficiently. To support our global growth, we're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager in London—our newest hub. We’ve just opened a WeWork office in the city, 2 steps away from Chancery Lane stop, and are building out a team to drive our UK expansion. It’s a great time to join: you’ll be part of shaping not just the role, but also our strategy, Infiterra’s B2B SaaS e-commerce platform helps IT Distributors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) automate and grow their subscription business. With 100+ customers in 75 countries, we're recognized for innovation and global impact—and we’re just getting started. We foster a collaborative and growth-oriented culture, allowing you to be part of a dynamic, forward‑thinking team. Your mission As our Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll take full ownership of both the strategy and hands‑on execution of all paid advertising across Google, LinkedIn, and retargeting platforms. As the first specialist in this function, you’ll shape the foundation of our performance marketing discipline—designing the roadmap, testing new approaches, and operationalizing best practices. Your goal? Generate high‑quality MQLs, maximize ROI, and build a scalable paid acquisition engine that fuels Infiterra’s pipeline. How you’ll work You’ll independently design, launch, and manage paid campaigns from end to end—developing the strategy, executing the builds, testing variations, analyzing results, and continuously optimizing performance. You’ll work closely with strategy, ops, and sales so your campaigns remain aligned with buyer personas, GTM motions, and revenue goals. Since you’re the first person in this function, you’ll be expected to define the playbook, introduce new processes, and set the standards for how performance marketing operates at Infiterra. 🙋♀️ Our Ideal Candidate Profile You’re a full‑funnel marketer who loves owning both the thinking and the doing. You enjoy the balance of building big‑picture strategy while staying deeply involved in tactical execution. You’re energized by data, experimentation, and the challenge of being the first person to build and lead a function—even without a team to manage (yet). Why You’ll Love It Here 💙 A chance to build the performance marketing function from the ground up A culture that values experimentation, testing, and measurable growth Direct impact on revenue pipeline velocity, and market expansion Opportunities to run campaigns across multiple regions and personas A collaborative team environment with space to innovate and grow 📋 What you’ll do Paid Campaign Ownership: Plan, launch, and optimize all paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting platforms Manage budgets, refine targeting, and adjust bidding to drive CPL efficiency and conversion performance A/B Testing & Experimentation: Develop structured test plans across creative, messaging, and audiences Analyze results with rigor and scale winning concepts to maximize ROI Reporting & Optimization: Produce clear reports on CPL, CTR, CVR, CAC contribution, and pipeline impact Recommend monthly optimizations and reallocate budgets toward top-performing channels Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Strategy, Marketing Ops, and Sales to ensure alignment, accurate tracking, and consistent messaging Maintain visibility across the funnel by sharing insights and performance learnings Brand & Message Consistency: Ensure all campaign elements align with Infiterra’s brand guidelines, tone, and positioning 🛠️ What you bring B2B SaaS Marketing Experience: 4+ years running performance campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting with proven MQL impact. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how marketing drives contribute to pipeline, revenue, and GTM strategy, not just clicks. Campaign Engineering Skills: Skilled in setup, bidding, keyword strategy, targeting, and budget optimization. MarTech Expertise: Hands‑on with HubSpot (or similar) for attribution, tracking, and lifecycle management. Analytical Rigor: Strong command of CPL, CTR, CVR, and ROI, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders. Testing Mindset: Experience designing structured A/B tests, interpreting results with rigor, and scaling improvements. Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect campaigns to buyer personas, customer journeys, and GTM motions. Platform Savviness: Up‑to‑date on Google and LinkedIn algorithms, formats, and emerging best practices. Collaboration & Communication skills: Strong cross‑team partner with excellent written and verbal skills to turn performance data into actionable insights. Sounds like you?It is a Win‑Win🌟 A tech‑passionate team with a friendly culture and an international breed. Remote‑first & hybrid work. Flexible working hours. Work‑from‑anywhere scheme. Learning & development budget. State‑of‑the‑art workspaces for on‑site collaboration. If you’re excited to lead performance marketing—boosting pipeline growth, crafting paid strategies, and making a real business difference, we’d be thrilled to hear from you All applications will be treated with confidentiality. Please note that due to the high volume of CVs received, only candidates who are a good fit will be contacted for an interview.
