Performance Marketing Manager

OverviewWe’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can turn strategy into measurable results that power Nscale’s account-based and developer-focused demand efforts. You’ll own execution across LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, and other paid channels—including developer-centric platforms—building campaigns that drive qualified engagement, pipeline, and account expansion. You’ll work closely with Growth, Product Marketing, and Sales to connect creative, targeting, and analytics into one seamless revenue engine.ResponsibilitiesAccount-Based Performance: Partner with the ABM team to translate account lists into paid targeting strategies and retargeting sequences.Deploy hyper-targeted campaigns using account and intent data to reach senior decision-makers in priority verticals.Support nurture programs and event initiatives with paid amplification.Collaborate with Product and Content teams to test creative and messaging tailored to specific accounts or segments.Paid Media Execution: Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns for multiple ICPs across LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, and X, aligned with ABM and relevant developer-focused channels.Build campaign structures supporting both broad and highly targeted account or developer audience segments.Manage budgets, pacing, and performance metrics (CTR, CPL, CVR, SQL rate).Report on campaign performance, sharing insights and actionable recommendations with stakeholders.Data, Tracking & Analytics: Maintain robust campaign tracking using GA4, server-side GTM, and HubSpot.Implement UTM governance, conversion events, and audience tracking frameworks.Work with Marketing Ops to build dashboards showing performance by account, segment, and funnel stage.Continuous Experimentation: Develop an experimentation roadmap for creative, targeting, and channel testing.Champion a test-and-learn culture that turns data into action and scales successful models.About You7-8 years’ experience in B2B performance marketing, ideally in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or emerging tech—specifically targeting enterprise and developer audiences.Proven success driving measurable pipeline through multi-channel campaigns.Advanced skills in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and HubSpot.Strong grasp of targeting, attribution, and marketing automation.Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimisation, and data accuracy.Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Self-starter comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.At Nscale, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace.
