OverviewFrasers Group is seeking a Digital Trading Lead to define, own and execute a strong digital trading strategy. Joining at a period of high performance and significant investment into digital is an amazing opportunity for someone to contribute to the growth and development of the performance of the Frasers Group Customer Team.Full accountability for driving digital sales through the commercial strategic planning, initiative building and operationalisation of our digital fascias. You will be responsible for the development and execution of campaign, brand and promotional strategies, facing into digital marketing, commercial and optimisation teams to drive initiatives and actions to improve conversion rates and other sales and customer KPIs.ResponsibilitiesAccountable for managing the day to day trading and execution of multiple websitesShape and oversee reporting of daily/weekly/monthly/annual trade, providing detailed analysis of key business drivers and producing action plans to ensure sales and contribution targets are metOversee and guide team analysis of seasonal sales patterns to maintain commercial awareness, understanding of key competitors and customer behaviourCollaborate with key stakeholders across digital and broader business teams to plan fascia digital trading calendarLead the delivery and reporting of all on-site promotions and content activityDefine and manage forward-looking / longer-term trading strategy considering design and functionality improvements, contributing to product development and UX roadmapsWork with digital marketing team to ensure product & trading strategies are supported by the digital marketing strategy for all channelsWork with optimisation team to ensure customer journey and all campaigns and promotions are supported to drive successful KPI'sWork with brand marketing team to ensure assets are commercial and use tooling to report back on asset performanceCollaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate development and execution of evergreen and seasonal content requirements to drive SEO, customer engagement and conversionAccountable for process of improving product content, supporting teams to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimise salesPeople ManagementDemonstrate strong leadership and extensive people management skillsSet clear objectives, goals and development plansBuild an effective and motivated team, to work as more than a collection of individualsBe an active and positive contributor to the team, contributing to the overall digital strategyRepresent the Digital Trading Team across the wider business, ensuring digital KPI's are understood and achievable for allQualificationsValid working rights for the UKAnalytical with strong reporting skills, advanced Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel userExperience working within e-commerce platformsExperience driving both day-to-day improvements and larger strategic projects that contribute to sales growthExperience in team management and developmentIndependent, self-motivated, and proactiveAt least 5 years of experience in a similar digital role in a retail or consumer brandAdditional InformationAlong with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:Frasers Champion - Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
