Kraken is the most AI-driven, innovative, forward-thinking platform for energy management. From optimising resources to delivering cost-effective, exceptional customer experiences through advanced Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications.We’re now charging the Kraken platform to other utility industries (Water and Broadband) and have created a new team called - Kraken Utilities. Over the last 3 years we have built this team from scratch to re-architect, design, and develop our Kraken software platform to solve complex industry wide problems within the water and broadband sectors (such as customer experience & water leak detection).The Kraken Utilities team is in a very exciting growth phase, and has already signed six key clients: Severn Trent, Leep, Portsmouth Water, Essential Energy, TalkTalk, and Cuckoo. We are currently 120+ people strong globally.We are looking for a brilliant Client Delivery Lead in our Kraken Utilities team, to build Industry-leading product experiences for our clients. We are looking for a hands-on Client Delivery Lead who can work as an individual contributor, that can help build our capability across our business with Kraken and other 3rd parties as we continue to grow. Our Delivery Leads are here to solve complex problems with great products.The Client Delivery Lead has direct responsibility for creating, managing and prioritising the product delivery and roadmap to ensure clarity and alignment with both Kraken and client business. They need to always work in partnership with the technology and product teams at Kraken as well as the client. The Delivery Lead has to really understand how Kraken works, identify problems and refine solutions in the best way to leverage existing and new capability. They will bring technology, people and processes together to innovate improvements for our clients.They will deal with complexity across multiple customer journeys with a variety of customer types and end users. This person will play a critical role in bringing all the right people together to deliver the roadmap.What you’ll do:Work closely with the product, operation, and Kraken Technologies Teams to define the product vision and strategyIdentify new ideas and technology to improve the productDefine the MVP and test & learn approach for the product capabilitySupport the business with issue resolution for the productSupport the engineering teams to deliver product featuresManaging the relationship with client counterparts, being the first point of contact for tech development and issue resolution.Triaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities to the right domains in the development team.Ensure we are constantly reviewing and adapting to customer and business needsWhat you’ll have:Degree qualified equivalent, with strong client delivery and/or product ownership experienceExperience working within the UK energy/water/Telecom industryStrong agile delivery experienceExperience of product and customer journeysSolid understanding of technology and associated trendsExcellent communications, collaboration and presentation skillsStrong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinkingExperience of working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clientsPatience - our clients are undergoing huge transformations that take time and require our understandingLaser focus on clients, relentless problem solving, invincible attitude, a winnerKraken is a certified Great Place to Work in France, Germany, Spain, Japan and Australia.
