The team handles key compliance tasks, safeguarding documentation, and supports behaviour management policy and procedure. They work face to face with student supporting their welfare needs. By coordinating day-to-day operations and supporting staff and students, the admin team plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe, organised, and effective learning environment.
