We place high importance on work‑life balance, offering a summer contract that maximises annual leave and trialling a 10% daily rest provision.Job Title: Speech and Language TherapistLocation: Regional Role, South‑West LondonSalary: Up to £50,960 FTE, dependent on experience – multiple positions availableHours: 37.5 Hour Week – Flexible working across 6 days (Monday–Saturday)Contract: Permanent – Summer contract – 50 weeks (5 weeks off in summer break, + 22 days holiday)About the roleIn this position you will manage a varied caseload for clients aged 0‑18, conducting comprehensive assessments using both standardised and non‑standardised tools. You will provide individual and group interventions, identify appropriate treatment outcomes, and evaluate their effectiveness to ensure the best possible care. Your role will also involve multi‑agency collaboration, attending case discussions and EHCP reviews, advocating for children and families, and providing supervision to junior staff or students. Excellent communication and training skills are essential for advising parents, carers and external agencies.
