Overview Danos are exclusively representing a leading professional services firm who are looking for a Director to help build and lead their new UK Regulatory Consulting practice. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the Partner to grow a high-impact offering from the ground up. You’ll lead client delivery, drive business development, and shape team strategy - with access to a diverse client base across asset management, wealth management, investment banking, insurance, fintech, and more. Key Responsibilities Lead complex regulatory consulting projects for FCA and PRA regulated clients Deliver engagements across regulatory due diligence, authorisations, regulatory change, governance reviews, regulatory health checks and assurance, and more Manage and grow a high-performing consulting team Drive business development and thought leadership Building and representing the brand in the market Ensure quality, profitability, and client satisfaction across all engagements You’ll Bring Significant experience in regulatory consultancy - they are looking for an experienced Director Deep knowledge of FCA/PRA regulation and the financial services landscape Demonstrable experience of generating considerable revenue, with a strong book of clients and industry contacts Strong leadership, technical delivery, and commercial skills A proactive, strategic mindset and the ability to be adaptable in a new and fast paced offering What’s on Offer Competitive base salary + bonus + equity Hybrid working model of 2 days in the London office Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Legal, Business Development, and Other Industries Staffing and Recruiting Financial Services Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
