This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our continued expansion, helping businesses across the South of England discover how our comprehensive facilities maintenance solutions can transform their operations.As an SDR, you'll be at the forefront of our business development efforts, identifying and engaging potential clients who can benefit from our innovative approach to facilities maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels)Research and identify potential clients across target sectors including commercial offices, healthcare facilities, logistics centres, retail spaces, and educational institutionsQualify leads and set appointments for our senior sales teamBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using our industry-leading CRM systemCollaborate with marketing to develop effective outreach campaignsMaintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and activitiesMeet and exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments and pipeline developmentStay informed about our service offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscapeRepresent Voltix Services professionally at networking events and industry functionsWhat We're Looking ForEssentialProven experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (1-2 years preferred)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalConfident telephone manner and ability to engage decision-makersSelf-motivated with a hunter mentality and desire to succeedStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suiteResults-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targetsDesirableExperience in B2B sales, particularly in the facilities management, construction, or building services sectorUnderstanding of commercial property management and maintenanceKnowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales automation toolsExperience working in a fast-growing, technology-driven companyWhat's in it for you?Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with some flexibility required during busy periodsAnnual Leave: 23 days plus bank holidays.Company Pension: Available after probation (Employer pays 3%, Employee minimum 3% contribution).Benenden Healthcare: Available after 6 months of service.A supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
