About Ki Ki is a leading global algorithmic insurance carrier, the fastest growing syndicate in the Lloyd's of London market and the first company to generate $100m profit in 3 years. It partners with Google and UCL to deliver a digital platform that uses algorithms, machine learning and large language models to give insurance brokers quotes in seconds rather than days. Where you come in You will work alongside the Portfolio Management team, helping shape the underwriting strategy and ensuring profitable business is written. You’ll identify new opportunity areas, optimise wordings and leverage existing market relationships to increase visibility in the Market. What you will be doing Collaborate with Underwriting Directors, Portfolio Underwriters and the Portfolio Management team to update underwriting strategies by class. Focus on portfolio areas, review distribution partner and market feedback, and optimise the commercial lens of the algorithm. Develop revenue strategy with input from the algorithms appetite to maximise revenue generation and business mix. Requirements Previous experience in property underwriting across Lloyd’s or the company market. Strong commercial understanding of underwriting and ability to contribute to strategic discussions on portfolio structuring and management. Track record of developing and executing commercially viable strategies with high standards of delivery in a timely, cost‑effective way. Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills to drive revenue and business development opportunities across Ki’s distribution network. Strong organisational credentials to help drive a dynamic team to deliver the revenue strategy in a coherent manner.
