This position is integral to ensuring the effective delivery of work within the Pension Administration business, with a focus on the successful and accurate migration of pension data.As Pensions Admin Systems Installer youwill report into the Work/Skill Leads and will be part of the Admin Systems team. The role will work closely with the Pension Administration business as well as stakeholders from across Isio. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and previous experience in Pension Administration data migration projects.This role will ideally be based in our Belfast, Birmingham or Manchester office with a hybrid workstyle, but other office locations can be considered.What does the role entail?Deliver data migration projects for Pensions Admin Systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrityAnalyse, map and transform pension data from source to target systems using SQLDeliver tasks consistently and efficientlyLiaise with team members to ensure that the delivery of solutions is consistent and effectiveCollaborate with Work and Skill Leads to develop solutions to enhance installationsBuild optimised solutions to reduce ongoing maintenance overheads and deliver efficient solutions to the administration teamSupport the design and implementation of processes and procedures relating to scheme installationsWork with the Project Managers, Projects, Administration, Payroll, Actuarial teams to deliver installations ready for processingWhat we’re looking forProven track record in pension administration data migration projects, particularly those involving pension scheme and payroll dataAdvanced proficiency in SQL (including skills such as T-SQL, views, stored procedures)Ability to set up pension related processes (e.g. Pension increases) for installed schemesEffective management of key stakeholders at all levels within a corporate environmentExcellent verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skillsExperience of modern pensions administration systemsExcellent planning and organisational skillsStrong analytical skills and a creative approach to delivering workWhat you can expect in returnA competitive salary and market leading bonus scheme with stretch targets for high performanceStudy support to help you achieve professional qualifications, with salary increases for exam passesDevelopment and training opportunities to support your career ambitions throughout your time with usA friendly, and supportive team who will help you to deliver your best workYou can find out more about us and the benefits we offer here Isio – Careers & BenefitsWhat’s next?Click on the ‘apply’ and follow the simple application process on-line.At Isio, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable and diverse workplace, in which our colleagues feel they belong, regardless of background or difference.
