Account Executive, Mid-Market MEA (Arabic Speaking) Join Atlassian as an Account Executive in the Mid-Market MEA region, focused on Arabic-speaking clients. Overview Atlassians can choose where they work – office, home or hybrid. We hire in any country where we have a legal entity and conduct interviews and onboarding virtually. Atlassian delivers cloud-first solutions (Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Management) to Fortune 500 and 300,000+ companies worldwide. The Mid-Market sales team manages a portfolio of mid-sized customers across the MEA region, identifying cloud‑first sales opportunities, nurturing relationships, and achieving revenue targets while advocating for customers and feeding feedback to product and engineering. Responsibilities Develop and implement named account or territory plans focused on expansion and customer success. Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet company goals. Identify and qualify leads, build relationships with key decision makers, understand customer needs, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, close deals. Build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives. Collaborate with channel, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements. Provide accurate forecasting, account planning, and sales forecasts to management. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Travel to meet clients and attend industry events as needed. Work with complex sales cycles and collaborate cross‑functionally with the Channel sales organization. Qualifications 5+ years of quota‑carrying Enterprise Software Sales experience. Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic, Turkish and/or Hebrew is an asset. Experience selling to customers in the MEA region. Track record of growing enterprise accounts and achieving sales outcomes. Experience building C‑level and executive relationships. Experience creating alignment and orchestrating internal account teams. Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic deals. Extensive CRM experience and ability to analyze performance metrics. Strong territorial and strategic account planning skills. Proactive, consultative approach to discovering new opportunities. Proven record of meeting or exceeding performance targets. Positive, impactful contribution to team culture. Learning mindset and willingness to adapt strategies.
