The Role Working as part of a close-knit, respected employment law team on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. Handling a varied caseload including: Employment Tribunal litigation TUPE and redundancy projects Unfair dismissal and discrimination issues Senior exits and restrictive covenant disputes Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements Acting primarily for employers across sectors including SMEs, charities, and larger corporates. Involvement in business development activities such as webinars, newsletters, and client updates. Managing your own files with appropriate supervision and mentoring from experienced practitioners. You A qualified solicitor with 0–2 years’ PQE in employment law. Strong understanding of key employment law principles and confidence in handling client matters. Excellent communication and drafting skills, with a focus on clear and commercial advice. A proactive, ambitious individual who enjoys working as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Keen to contribute to the firm’s growth through networking, client development, and thought leadership.
