This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills across both contentious and non-contentious employment work, primarily acting for employer clients.What you'll do:\tHandle Employment Tribunal cases, redundancy and restructure matters, TUPE transfers, unfair dismissal and discrimination issues\tDraft and review contracts of employment, settlement agreements and deal with dismissals\tWork towards building and managing your own caseload\tProvide clear, practical advice tailored to client needs\tContribute to marketing and business development initiatives, including webinars, newsletters and LinkedIn activityWhat we're looking for:\tUp to 2 years PQE in employment law\tStrong commercial awareness and understanding of business needs\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills\tAmbition, initiative and a proactive approach\tExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities\tTeam player with attention to detail and an enthusiastic personality\tThis is an ideal role for someone looking to make a real impact, develop quickly in a supportive environment and build a long-term career in employment law.
