Salaried GP – Ship Street Surgery at Modality Partnership Ship Street Surgery, East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19 4EE Job Overview Modality Partnership Mid Sussex Division is looking for full‑time, dedicated and compassionate General Practitioners to join our team. The role delivers patient‑centred care at your nominated practice site, with a focus on preventative care, diagnosis and treatment for patients of all ages. Key Responsibilities Provide patient care through regular appointments, home visits and general administration. Collaborate with local practice teams and associated roles. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure highest standard of care. Qualifications & Requirements GMC registered. CCST for primary care in the UK. MRCGP (desirable). On the UK performers list for primary care. Essential Skills Competent IT skills (MS Office, internet, primary care clinical software such as SystmOne). Excellent written and verbal communication. Time management and ability to work under pressure. Personal Qualities Pleasant and supportive personality. Resourceful, flexible and adaptable; available for cover as required. Smart appearance; current valid driving licence and access to a car. Knowledge Eligible to practice independently as a GP in the UK. Full GMC Registration. Entry on the Medical Performers List. Good understanding of QOF, GP commissioning, Patient Choice, GMS contract and the evolving landscape of primary care. Benefits Enrolment to the NHS pension scheme.
