It involves establishing the Southampton entity and being a key member of our team.ResponsibilitiesPerform daily cash reconciliations, ensuring transactions are settled in a timely mannerBook expenses in the internal accounting system within agreed timescalesMonitor and manage outstanding / overdue paymentsEnsure all supporting documentation is received and filed as per internal proceduresPrepare payments in line with received documentationOther day-to-day administrative tasks as requiredQualificationsUniversity degreeAt least 2 years of similar experienceBasic competency in cash management systemsKnowledge of accounting platform would be an advantageCompetency in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookHighly organizedAutonomous and proactiveAbility to work in a rapidly changing environmentLead by example and demonstrate firm valuesResult-orientated with a sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering quality workRole Location / Hybrid ScheduleThis role can be based in our Southampton office. Although the nature of most of the roles within Gen II cannot be classed as totally flexible, there is scope in some cases for a form of Agile Working.
