We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team, delivering high-quality management accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients across both the hospitality and non-hospitality sectors.Your New RoleThis list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:Ensure timely preparation of all accounts and other Management Accounting reports within agreed deadlinesEnsure balance sheet substantiation and reconciliation for all clients and troubleshoot areas of concern, managing client expectations and identifying and implementing corrective actionSupport training staff ensuring that the Department’s objectives are achievedDevelop and maintain a good working relationship with clients and colleaguesGive any necessary advice on Management Accounting issues to ensure that the Financial Controller, Client Delivery Manager and trainees understand issuesEnsure detailed process and procedure manuals are in place for clients and regularly updated and monitor trainees adherence to theseMaintain an awareness of developments in the field of Management Accounting to ensure the continued provision of a high quality professional serviceWork closely with the Financial Controller and senior accounting staff to keep abreast of client issues and requirementsChallenge current ways of working, driving change & efficiencies wherever possibleEnsure the highest standards of work are maintainedAssist in other technical and administrative areas within the Company as may reasonably be requestedAd hoc duties as required from time to time by the Financial Controller and Client Delivery ManagerWhat will you need to succeed in this role?As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team.
