Job Title: Management Accountant Location: Inverness (4 days in office) Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE Are you a motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant seeking your next challenge? An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled professional to join a dynamic team delivering high-quality management accounting services across a broad client base, including both hospitality and non-hospitality sectors. Key Responsibilities This is a varied role with scope for growth. Duties include, but are not limited to: Timely preparation of management accounts and related reports in line with agreed deadlines Conducting balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies, managing client expectations throughout Supporting and mentoring junior team members to achieve departmental objectives Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and internal teams Providing guidance on technical accounting issues to ensure clarity and accuracy Creating and updating detailed process documentation for each client and ensuring team compliance Staying informed on developments in management accounting to maintain high service standards Collaborating closely with senior accounting staff to stay aligned on client needs and challenges Identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving efficiency Maintaining consistently high work standards and attention to detail Supporting other areas of the business as re...
