This role involves analysing market trends, developing category strategies, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maximise performance and market share within strategically important markets.How you will contributeDISRUPTIVE: CREATIVE INSIGHTSCreate and update regular reports, reviewing category, brand and competitor performance.Connect multiple insights to develop compelling and succinct sell‑in stories for new category opportunities.Share actionable insights with the Sales, Product & Marketing teams, to ensure that they are armed with relevant category insights and recommendations for growth opportunities - via visual content creation.UNITED TEAM: BUILD RELATIONSHIPSKey data provider (Nielsen) to maximise value from our spend on data in each marketInternal sales team to support the objective of growing sales of GrenadeMondelez global team to access shared consumer, shopper and market insightEMPOWERED: STRATEGIC THINKINGSupport the Head of Category in creating and implementing the international strategy for GrenadePASSIONATE: CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTContinuously look for trends and opportunities to add value and create category improvements with our data & insightWhat you will bringInquisitive - want to understand the 'why'Analytical - happy to work with large amounts of dataCommerciality - with an awareness of how one decision can impact anotherWork well as part of a teamProactively identify ways for continuous improvementExperience in FMCG sectorUp to date understanding on Nielsen IQ platformAdvanced Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables)Power BI skillsRelocation Support Available?International travel may be required, but this will be small (
