General Information Locations: Guildford, Surrey, United Kingdom Duration: 6 Month Temporary Contract Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days per week at our Guildford Office About the Position The Project Manager - Total Rewards Shared Services (PM - TRSS) helps support the Total Rewards Centres of Excellence and employees globally. Based in Guildford, UK, this hybrid work schedule role is important to EA People Services Strategy, focusing on process improvement, automation, and enhancing the employee experience. The PM - TRSS reports to the Senior Manager, TRSS, and contributes to the team's goals. Responsibilities Lead the review of EA's Benefits administration processes across multiple countries, identifying gaps and solutions. Assist in collaborating with partners to implement improvements and identify gaps in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Romania, Netherlands, France, Italy, Czech Republic, and Germany. Help enhance process documentation with the TRSS team, clarify roles, and establish escalation processes. Facilitate additional transition of countries into TRSS support, ensuring a smooth transition and employee experience. Provide bi-weekly updates and develop best practices with Benefits and People Partners. Help implement EA's new global benefits platform and expand TRSS scope. Qualifications Previous project management experience within shared services and EMEA benefits. Experience with EMEA benefits programmes. Ability to recognise and recommend process improvements by using technology. Collaboration and project management skills.
