With a strong reputation in the high-end residential and bespoke construction market, we are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive complex projects to successful completion.Job Overview:We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Project Manager with a background in high-end construction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects from inception to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to coordinate project delivery and exceed expectations.Key Responsibilities:Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersCreate comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource requirementsLead day-to-day project execution, ensuring effective coordination and communication across all teamsMonitor progress and performance, making real-time adjustments to keep projects on trackIdentify and manage risks, resolving issues promptly to minimise impactProvide regular status updates and reports to clients and senior managementFoster a collaborative, motivated team environmentMaintain accurate, organised, and up-to-date project documentationQualifications & Experience:Minimum of 10 years' experience in project management, ideally within the construction or high-end residential sectorStrong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex buildsProficiency with project management software (e.g. MS Project or similar)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationshipsPMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageAccess to a company vehicleRemote work flexibilityOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentA supportive and inclusive working environment
