Job Title: Risk Analyst Location: Swindon or London Full Time: 35 hours per week Pay Rate: From £330 per day What You Will Do Belcan are currently working with one of the largest transport companies in the UK, and we are looking for a Risk Analyst for a 6 month contract based Swindon or London to join our clients team. The role is initially a 6 month contract, with the possibility of an extension. There is a requirement to be on site full time for this position, so please apply if you are able to commit to 5 days per week on site. As a Risk Analyst, your main responsibilities will be: Facilitate and deliver Cost and Schedule Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) using @Risk and Safran to model uncertainty and provide probabilistic forecasts. Lead risk workshops and stakeholder interviews to identify, assess, and prioritise risks across major projects and programs. Analyse risk data to produce clear, actionable reports and executive briefings, supporting strategic decision‑making and governance boards. Collaborate with managers and risk practitioners to embed risk management practices and ensure alignment across portfolios. Drive continuous improvement in risk frameworks, tools, and methodologies, providing training and mentoring to project teams. Producing reports surrounding time and quality Essential Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills with experience in major project environments. (Construction or Infrastructure) Proficiency in risk management tools including @Risk, Safran Risk, and data analytics platforms. Ability to translate complex risk data into clear insights for senior leadership.
