Key responsibilities As a Technical Caseworker for Integrar you will be managing complex remortgage instructions through to completion in a fast‑paced, professional, team environment. The role contributes a senior level of knowledge of remortgages or sale/purchase conveyancing to the business; and we’re looking for someone with a passion for delivering a high quality of work. You will be required to have knowledge of many of the following – transfers of equity, defective title, deeds of postponement, complex restrictions, estate rent charges and shared ownership. Managing caseload of approximately 180 new remortgage instructions per month. Ensure the case management system is used to process all relevant aspects of the transaction. Liaise with the client, borrower and other external parties via phone and email and within agreed SLAs, ensuring all parties in the transaction up to date at all times. Carry out title investigations, draft appropriate legal documentation and deal with title indemnity insurance policies where required. Proactively drive cases forward by requesting and chasing information from third parties which are required to complete technical work. Calculate and apply appropriate Stamp Duty Land Tax. Deal with estate rent charge deeds. Check leases, including shared ownership, and liaise with freeholders, management companies & registered providers. Assist with post‑completion matters and ensure the lender’s charge is secured as a first legal charge. Work collaboratively as part of the Technical Team, supporting and providing technical guidance to other members of the department as and when required. Assist with other ad‑hoc tasks as required or directed by a Team Leader/Manager. What you will bring to the role You will have a strong commitment to client care and to providing a friendly and helpful service. You will have the ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities and handle a variety of duties to a high standard. You will be keen to work autonomously and manage your caseload within the guidelines of daily, weekly and monthly task structures. You will be comfortable adapting to change and helping the team / other teams where required. You have a careful and methodical approach to work, ensuring that processes, procedures etc. are followed accurately. Prior experience of remortgage processes or conveyancing is required. You will be confident working in an environment with clear targets to achieve and strict deadlines / SLAs. You will thrive in a team environment which is supportive, positive and succeeds together. You possess strong communication skills both on the phone and via email, including an excellent standard of writing. What does Knights offer?
