Join us as we shape the future of AI and beyond.THE ROLE:AMD is seeking a dynamic Channel Partner Community Manager to lead the creation, management, and daily operations of our EMEA partner community framework. This role is pivotal in engaging, enabling, and driving execution excellence across AMD-funded heads and partner functions such as presales, sales, and solution architects.Your mission: build advocacy and competency for AMD within partner organizations and ensure reporting and operational rigor.THE PERSON:Does this sound like you? We’d love to talkStrategic thinker with operational execution capability.Strong communicator with presentation skills.Able to work independently and influence without authority.Proficient in reporting and data-driven decision-making.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Framework Ownership: Design and iterate the community operating model (cadence, playbooks, metrics, governance) for various communities in our partner organizations i.e. Funded heads, Sales, Pre-sales, Solutions Architects.Engagement and Enablement Orchestration: Plan and land quarterly engagement and enablement calendars linked to AMD EPYC (server) and Ryzen™ PRO (commercial client) priorities.Stakeholder Management and advocacy: Build trusted relationships with funded heads, partner sales, presales and solutions architects and gain their advocacy to keep AMD top of mind in their business.Cross-function Collaboration: Collaborate with cross functional teams e.g. Channel Sales Managers, Marketing managers, OEM sales managers to maximize impact of our community initiatives.Execution Excellence: Drive execution excellence through structured processes, reporting, and performance tracking.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Proven experience in channel, preferably in server or commercial client solutions.Strong understanding of channel business models and funded head programs.Proven ability to build and manage communities or partner programs.Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Highly structured, systematic, and detail-oriented.Self-starter, motivated, and ambitious with a track record of delivering results.LOCATION:Greater London, UKBenefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glanceAMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
