The Role As Branch Manager you will: Take charge of day‑to‑day branch operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with industry regulations. Lead, support, and develop our branch team, helping them deliver the same friendly, dependable service we are known for. Oversee budgets, monitor performance metrics, and ensure the branch meets financial and operational goals. Maintain and build relationships with commercial clients and insurance partners, making sure clients always feel understood and well looked after. Identify opportunities to improve processes and services, helping the branch stand out for responsiveness and quality. Uphold commitment to honesty, clarity, and approachability, always putting clients first. About You Proven experience in Commercial Insurance as a Manager either running a branch, office, or team. In‑depth insurance knowledge across all commercial lines, ideally with a strong background in Liability Insurance. Expertise of working with SME and Mid‑Market clients. Organised, reliable, and great at managing people and priorities. Strong communication skills, able to explain insurance, regulations, and options clearly to both your team and clients. Committed to compliance, best practices, and building trust with clients and partners. Proactive and ready to lead a team that treats customers as people, not just policies.
