O'Neill & Brennan are proud to be partnering with a highly respected and rapidly growing fit out contractor who are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional to work on high-profile commercial fit out projects across Central London, supporting the delivery of fast-paced, high-quality schemes. The Role As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and ensuring a safe working environment across multiple live projects. You will work closely with project teams to implement the company's safety procedures, carry out site audits, and drive a proactive health & safety culture. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health & safety legislation Provide advice, guidance and support to site teams and subcontractors Prepare and update RAMS, method statements, and other safety documentation Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks Investigate incidents and near misses, producing clear and accurate reports Support continuous improvement of safety processes and initiatives Ensure all works comply with the company's health & safety policies and industry best practices Requirements NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent essential Experience working on construction or fit out projects in the UK Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and legislation Excellent communication and reporting skills Proactive, organised and capable of influencing safe behaviours on busy sites What's on Offer?
