If you have supported young people with SEN, SEMH, or behavioural needs, and you know how to bring calm, structure, and positivity where it is needed most this is your moment. The Opportunity Every day, you’ll help students rebuild confidence, regulate emotions, and re-engage with learning. You’ll be the person who shows up, who listens, who helps them believe they can succeed. No marking. No planning. Just meaningful impact every single day.
