As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in helping students overcome barriers to learning, supporting emotional regulation, and promoting positive behaviour strategies. Key Responsibilities Providing 1:1 and small-group mentoring to students needing behavioural or emotional support Implementing behaviour management strategies to improve engagement and learning Building strong, trusting relationships with young people Working closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and external agencies Tracking student progress and contributing to personalised support plans Acting as a positive role model, promoting resilience, respect and responsibility About You Approachable, calm and confident when supporting challenging behaviour Able to build rapport quickly with young people Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience in youth work, mentoring, education or similar settings is highly desirable A genuine desire to help students reach their full potential What the Schools Offer A supportive, inclusive and progressive working environment Continuous professional development and clear pathways for progression The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a diverse and vibrant community Full-time hours across five days per week If you are committed to supporting young people and ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
