We look for individuals who bring a unique perspective, are authentic and celebrate individuality. Key Responsibilities Ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property. Conduct security patrols around premises in front and back of house areas. Respond to all emergency situations with calm and professionalism. Deal with safety incidents involving guests, contractors or staff. Act as liaison with local law enforcement, fire department and food safety agencies. Participate in coaching and training to maintain high service and presentation standards. Qualifications and Experience Proven track record as Security Officer or Security Supervisor, ideally in a 4/5 star hotel. Experience with control room and door management at a busy venue. Flexible approach to work hours: 4 days on, 4 days off, night and day shifts. High motivation, proactive and professional attitude. Experience in Fire, Health & Safety and Food safety management. Experience managing complex emergency situations. Ability to develop and deliver effective training to maintain consistent service and safety standards. Required licences: SIA Licence, Personal Licence, First Aid, CCTV control, Fire Marshal and minimum level 2 Health & Safety.
