About the role As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and manage the implementation and delivery of the Council’s transformation activities, and other corporate priority and major projects. This role will lead and manage some of the Council’s most complex transformational and innovative change projects and programmes of work, from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. We are looking for individuals who : As an experienced Senior Project Manager can bring a fusion of project management, change management and business analysis skills to the role Are qualified in an appropriate Project Management discipline with experience of managing projects or programmes at a senior level within a transformational environment, preferably within a political context Can apply Business / Data Analysis approaches such as Lean Six Sigma to deliver innovative solutions to help us continually improve our services Are natural collaborators and excellent communicators, with experience of working with a range of stakeholders at all levels to deliver change Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and are excited to realise project benefits and create a positive change for our residents and communities Are used to prioritising workloads and deadlines in a fast paced, complex environment, by utilising excellent people management, relationship building and communication skills Are professionally curious, innovative and creative Are excited to join us and be part of Lincolnshire County Council and share our values and behaviours If this describes you come and join our Transformation Service About Our Offer In return we are offering a salary of £44,428 - £49,498, along with a pension and a comprehensive benefits package.
