You’ll need solid experience in lean tools, process optimisation, and leading people through change. A background in production or assembly is important, along with the confidence to challenge and influence at all levels. Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) is a strong advantage. You’ll take ownership of improving performance across the facility, building a consistent production system, strengthening quality, reducing waste, and helping the site hit its operational targets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, support KPI improvement, and create a culture that thrives on accountability, engagement, and ongoing improvement. The Role: Build and deploy a site-wide production system adopted across all shifts and departments Support and track site budgets through clear initiative management Drive KPI improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture Lead performance improvement through OEE gains and waste reduction Apply lean tools such as 6S, root cause analysis, problem solving, and process mapping Reduce waste using structured methods and continuous improvement techniques Implement strong performance measurement systems Create frameworks and networks that support consistent operational improvement Lead workshops, develop improvement champions, and embed best practice Monitor progress of CI projects and measure financial and operational benefits Build a strong pipeline of improvement projects and identify capex opportunities Support capital planning and lead multiple change projects at once The Person: Extensive experience in manufacturing Strong background in continuous improvement and leadership Confident using lean manufacturing tools and quality systems Comfortable challenging at senior level and driving accountability Skilled in coaching, influencing, and leading teams through change Analytical thinker with good financial awareness Able to manage multiple projects under pressure Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or willing to train) About BMR Solutions: BMR Solutions operates as an Employment Business and Employment Agency.
