Community Staff Nurse (District Nursing) To work in conjunction with other members of the District Nursing Team and other Stakeholders, to provide efficient and effective nursing care to patients in their own homes. To be responsible for the management and supervision of the nursing team, in the absence of the District Nurse, including the supervision of Junior Staff. Positions Community Staff Nurses x 3 (full-time hours 37.5) Location Woodside & Shirley Health Centre / Norbury / Waddon Requirements Must have a clean UK driving license and use of a car for work purposes.
