Location: North LiverpoolContract: Term-time only, full-time or part-timeRole: SEND Teaching Assistant / Support Worker (Specialist Needs)Salary: 90- 105 per day PAYE About the Setting This is a specialist secondary SEND provision supporting young people (11-19) with complex needs - including severe learning difficulties, physical disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, and associated medical and behavioural challenges. Pupils follow highly individualised pathways and benefit from a nurturing, skilled and supportive environment. Who We're Looking For We're seeking caring, dedicated individuals - ideally with backgrounds in care, health or support work - who understand the demands and rewards of working with children or young people with complex needs. You Might Have Experience As a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker Care / residential care staff Youth worker, mentor or community support worker Early years / childcare practitioner Nurse or nursing assistant Volunteer or carer supporting vulnerable children No formal teaching qualifications required - what matters most is empathy, respect, patience, and the ability to follow care plans.
