Who We're Looking For We're seeking caring, dedicated individuals - ideally with backgrounds in care, health or support work - who understand the demands and rewards of working with children or young people with complex needs. You Might Have Experience As a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker Care / residential care staff Youth worker, mentor or community support worker Early years / childcare practitioner Nurse or nursing assistant Volunteer or carer supporting vulnerable children No formal teaching qualifications required - what matters most is empathy, respect, patience, and the ability to follow care plans.
