The successful candidate will join a well‑established and supportive multidisciplinary team. The Social Work role in this area is varied and supports our health colleagues with a wide range of tasks, from monitoring long‑term CHC provision to the completion of joint reviews, safeguarding, undertaking assessments in line with the Care Act 2014, Decision Support Tool meetings and Court of Protection work. You will need to be passionate about supporting our community in Blackpool, be committed to your role as a Social Worker and keen to grow and develop in line with Social Work England protocols.
