This is a transformational leadership position, working in partnership with Blackpool Council to deliver a long term transport strategy that supports both residents and visitors, driving economic and social vitality across Blackpool and the wider Fylde Coast. Key Responsibilities Shape and execute the long term strategy for the business. Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Foster a culture of innovation, sustainability, and outstanding customer service. Deliver safe, reliable, and efficient public transport services. Be accountable for the commercial performance, reputation, and future growth of tram and bus networks. Work collaboratively with Blackpool Council and other key stakeholders. About You We are looking for a commercially experienced leader with: A proven track record in senior leadership within transport or a related sector. Strong strategic vision and the ability to deliver transformational change. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Commercial acumen and a commitment to sustainability and innovation.
