If you’re driven by innovation and thrive in a fast‑paced technical environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.What You’ll Be DoingOversee daily operations across battery diagnostics, repair, and refurbishment workflows.Ensure all repaired batteries meet rigorous safety and quality standards.Manage tooling, inventory, and technician scheduling to maintain operational efficiency.Lead and develop a team of 3–15 battery repair technicians, fostering a culture of safety, precision, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with Health & Safety, Engineering, and Customer teams to drive performance and innovation.Monitor KPIs, report on repair throughput, and communicate progress to stakeholders.What You Bring5+ years of hands‑on experience with high‑voltage EV batteries in automotive or energy sectors.SAP‑level electrical qualification or equivalent.Strong technical knowledge of lithium‑ion battery systems, fault diagnostics, and EV architecture.Proven leadership in repair or production environments, with a focus on safety, quality, and team development.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of EV battery lifecycle management.Work in a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment.Make a tangible impact on sustainability and innovation in the automotive industry.Ready to energise your career?
