Clinical Manager The closing date is 10 December 2025 We are looking for a Clinical Manager to lead the team at our CAMHS GAU unit Pebble Lodge at Alumhurst Road, Bournemouth. We welcome nurses from all backgrounds with experience to apply. Position Overview The role involves delivering high quality mental health care for children and young people, managing a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and best practice. Key Responsibilities Lead the clinical team to provide safe, effective care and treatment for service users. Champion clinical standards and drive continuous improvement in the service user experience. Work within the senior management team to develop and implement service improvement plans. Support staff development through supervision, training and mentorship. Ensure robust clinical governance and adherence to legislation and trust policies. Provide clinical expertise in complex mental health, including attachment and trauma issues. Qualifications & Experience Registered/qualified health practitioner at PG Dip (120 credits) level, with ongoing academic progression to MA/MSc. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Band 6 practitioner in a mental health setting. Evidence of professional development in CPD and up‑to‑date clinical practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and supervisory experience. Demonstrated ability to manage complex clinical caseloads. Proficient in written and spoken English.
