You’ll take ownership of key design deliverables, identifying opportunities for automation and process efficiencies, and ensuring scope changes are escalated appropriately to maintain programme and budget integrity.You’ll collaborate closely with discipline leads and project stakeholders to produce high-quality outcomes, while also mentoring and supporting less experienced team members—helping to build capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Jacobs is a recognised leader in the transportation sector, partnering with major clients such as National Highways, Transport Scotland, the Welsh Government, and global contractors.
