Senior Quantity Surveyors Exciting Opportunities in the North East

Were on the hunt for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our team immediately and work with a prestigious blue-chip client on some of the most iconic and high-profile projects in the North East.

The Projects

You'll have the chance to influence and deliver across an incredible mix of sectors, including:

  • Power & Energy driving the Net Zero transition

  • Nuclear & Oil & Gas tackling some of the UKs most complex engineering challenges

  • Highways, Rail & Water upgrading the nations vital infrastructure

  • National Grid & Future Tech powering tomorrows world

What You'll Do

  • Lead feasibility studies and produce smart procurement strategies

  • Drive cost planning and present key commercial insights

  • Oversee tendering, procurement, and pre-qualification processes

  • Manage change control, valuations, and post-contract cost reporting

  • Provide critical input into value engineering and final account negotiations

  • Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver best value

About You

  • 510 years Quantity Surveying experience (client or contractor side)

  • Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying / Construction-related discipline

  • Ideally RICS qualified (or working towards)

  • Proven track record across the full project lifecycle

  • Strong communicator, collaborative, and passionate about making an impact
