Job Summary We are seeking a talented and driven Cloud Solutions Architect to join our Google Cloud Solutions Architect (CSA) team in the UK. In this pre‑sales role, you will be the technical backbone, identifying customer workloads, architecting innovative solutions, and guiding customers through the adoption of NetApp's Google Cloud‑based products. You will collaborate closely with Google Cloud's Sales and CSA teams, leveraging your deep technical expertise to demonstrate how our technology empowers customer innovation in the Google Cloud ecosystem. What You'll Do Qualify customer opportunities and design tailored solutions leveraging NetApp's offerings in Google Cloud. Deliver compelling presentations at customer and partner briefings, Google and NetApp sales meetings, and industry events. Develop and execute proofs‑of‑concept to showcase the effectiveness and value of our solutions. Ensure seamless handovers of new customer wins to Professional Services and Customer Success teams. Actively participate in and host industry meet‑ups and user groups, building strong community relationships. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer opportunity status in Salesforce. Engage in continuous self‑study to stay ahead of the curve on public cloud services and emerging technologies. What You Bring Strong technical foundation in Cloud concepts and technologies, with a deep focus on Google Cloud. A genuine passion for solving customer business challenges with innovative cloud technology solutions. Exceptional personal initiative and the ability to drive customer success with minimal supervision. Proven experience working with customers in the as‑a‑Service space. Excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Hands‑on experience running proofs‑of‑concept for software, hardware, or cloud‑based solutions in a pre‑sales capacity. In‑depth knowledge of Network Attached Storage (NAS) and its application in cloud environments for workloads like SAP, HPC, virtual desktops, VMware, etc. Familiarity with container orchestration runtime concepts and solutions, preferably Kubernetes. Experience with on‑premises infrastructure and workload experience and data migration methodologies (a plus). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
